To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following festival policies before attending.
Admission
All attendees must have a valid ticket or wristband.
Children should remain under adult supervision at all times.
Security reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone whose behavior threatens the safety or enjoyment of others.
Parking
No overnight parking.
No camping or sleeping in vehicles.
Vehicles left overnight may be towed at the owner's expense.
Coal Region Music Fest for Veterans and the Schuylkill County Fairgrounds are not responsible for lost or damaged vehicles or personal property.
Food & Beverages
No outside food or beverages.
Food and beverages are available from our vendors throughout the festival grounds.
Alcohol
Alcohol purchased inside the Beer Garden must remain within the designated Beer Garden area.
No outside alcohol.
Valid government-issued ID is required for alcohol purchases.
Anyone providing alcohol to a minor or violating Pennsylvania alcohol laws will be removed and may be reported to law enforcement.
Chairs & Seating
Lawn chairs are welcome.
Blankets are welcome.
No tents, canopies, pop-up tents, beach umbrellas, or structures that obstruct the view of other guests.
Prohibited Items
Weapons of any kind (except by authorized law enforcement).
Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia.
Fireworks, explosives, lasers, or open flames.
Drones unless specifically authorized by event organizers.
Glass containers.
Coolers.
Smoking
Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated areas. Our guests should be courteous of other's at all times.
ATMs
ATMs will be available throughout the festival grounds.
Pets
Only trained service animals are permitted.
Emotional support animals and pets are not permitted.
Photography
By entering the event, attendees grant permission to be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
Weather
This event is held rain or shine.
Severe weather or emergencies may require temporary delays, schedule changes, or evacuation for everyone's safety.
Medical Emergencies
If you witness a medical emergency, notify the nearest volunteer, security officer, or emergency personnel immediately.
Liability
Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the event.
Coal Region Music Fest for Veterans, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, and venue are not responsible for injuries, lost or stolen property, or damage to personal belongings except as required by law.
Respect
Please help us keep the grounds clean by using trash and recycling containers.
Be respectful of veterans, volunteers, vendors, performers, and fellow attendees.
Disorderly conduct, fighting, harassment, or abusive behavior will result in removal without refund.
